We custom make each piece ourselves at our homebased shop, in NW New Mexico. We start by hand picking the best wood and materials for each project. Throughout the whole creative process, we maintain the highest quality of standards. This ensures that each piece we make will last for generations. We want to be sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their special piece.


Terms

We require a 50% deposit when an order is placed, with the balance due upon completion and prior to shipping. However, if we are sitting more than 8 months out from completion, we can split the deposit up and do 25% down, then another 25% when we start the order and the balance due upon completion. Any changes made after your deposit has been made, may result in additional charges.  Shipping and insurance are calculated and added to the final payment. If for some reason during the building process you change your mind on the piece you have ordered, your deposit will be applied to another custom piece. We do not offer refunds once a deposit has been made, exchanges only. Orders are processed by a first come first serve basis. So don't be surprised if we tell you it will take a few months to a year to complete your order, depending on our current client project list at your time of ordering.

Shipping/Delivery

Shipping options are as follows for furniture pieces:

Personal Delivery-Free in New Mexico. Price varies TX, CO and AZ. If you live elsewhere in the US or abroad, prices will be calculated depending on method of shipping and to be determined upon completion of order. Due to the custom nature of our business, an estimated delivery date is given, and is dependent on any problems that may arise once starting your project or delays with other projects. The dates can range anywhere from one month ahead schedule to one month behind. We do not want to rush the process and want to be able to assure you that your piece will be of top quality and to your satisfaction.

Long Distance Shipping:
Although we prefer that your special piece go Blanket Wrap Freight Delivery, which will cost a little more but is handled with the utmost care, we understand if you wish to save a little money and ship your piece through other freight options. We want you to be forewarned of the differences and inform you that once it leaves our hands (no matter which shipping method), it is out of our control on how the piece is handled. All pieces are insured for their value incase of any damage (please inspect thoroughly upon arrival). If damage does occur and we have to make you a new one, we will do our best to work your piece in, between our other current orders, to get it done as soon as possible. 

Shipping Prices vary depending on location and furniture piece. (shipping to a business is the most affordable).
With Blanket Wrap Delivery the drivers personally unload and deliver your piece into your location. This is the safest and best way to deliver furniture. Allow up to one month for delivery. If you require a faster delivery option, crating will be required at an additional cost. All shipping and insurance fees are determined upon completion of your order and charged at that time.

When your shipment arrives, be sure to inspect the crate/wrapping prior to opening. If there are any visible signs of damage, make note of them and if possible, take pictures. Do the same after opening the crate while inspecting the piece itself. If there were signs of damage, please keep the packaging materials for us to make an insurance claim.

Shipping for Vessels and Sculptures

Shipping for these items will be done through either USPS/UPS or FedEx, which ever is cheaper and faster. All items are specially wrapped to ensure their safe undamaged delivery. However, insurance is required on all shipping in case damage may occur.

As the same with the furniture pieces, please inspect your packaging and contents and make notes of damage. Keep packaging if signs of damage for us to make insurance claims.
