This
Black Walnut Dining Set
features a unique table with a bentwood base (like one pictured above) and an incredibly beautiful top. This ensemble was a special design for my brother and his wife. Needing to fill a large room and make a statement, we all collaborated on designing pieces that blend in together, was artistic and made a real statement when entering the room. We used old growth black walnut from the mountains in NM and it has incredible beauty. This table style can seat anywhere from four to eight. No matter the size, you are sure to love this artistic focal point in your home.

Mesquite S CURVE Dinning Table
This custom mesquite table design came about when a long time customer wanted a special feature in her table and the S curve inlay took shape. The curve process involved cutting the top in half with the curve design, then inlaying the contrasting wood (maple and walnut) in between and gluing the whole thing back together. Turquoise was also inlayed into some of the natural cracks for a little color. The pedestal base was hand shaped and adds a touch of the natural element with the tree trunk effect. The cross joinery on the bottom (see inset picture) is perhaps the most unique creation of all and also adds stability to the base. It makes for great conversation if a mirror is placed under the base where your guest can view it. Call for pricing and details.
Wooden Hinge Pedestal Table
This table has several unique and intriguing qualities. It was made from Cherry and features a handshaped base that resembles a natural tree form. It also has the same unique joinery underneath as the pedestal table pictured above. But perhaps the most eyecatching quality is the wooden hinges that are individually handshaped. It can be used as a sofa table and pulled out for game nights or as a breakfast table. What ever it is used for it is sure to be the center of attention. Call for pricing and details.
Mesquite Barrel Stave Table
This custom mesquite table was a special design for a Colorado customer. They liked the bentwood look, but didn't want a large base. They also needed the table to be able to extend for more guest, so it has a pull out leaf insert. It features some gorgeous mesquite wood with turquoise inlayed into the natural cracks and Ebony square plugs. The most interesting and striking feature is the bentwood lamination base, that resembles the curve of wine barrels. This custom made dining table can be made out of most woods and in different sizes. Call for pricing and details.
