Terms & Conditions Policy for Shangrila Woodworks

Shipping:

- The shipping price will be determined upon ordering and will be added to the total cost of your purchase. In some instances we may prefer to deliver a piece our selves. The price will be determined at that time.

- Sculptures will be shipped via UPS, unless crate shipping is necessary.

- Please note that additional fees may apply for crate shipping, if required.

Returns and Exchanges:

- Due to the nature of our creative process, we only accept exchanges for purchased items.

- If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.

- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at shangrilawoodworks@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items:

- In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired, we will create a new piece as close to the original as possible.

- Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

- We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution and arrange for the replacement of the damaged item.

Refunds:

- We do not offer refunds for purchased items, except in cases where the item is damaged beyond repair and a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of confirming the unavailability of a replacement.

Ownership and Copyright:

- All sculptures created by Shangrila Woodworks remain the property of Scott & Stephanie Shangraw until full payment has been received.

- The copyright of the sculptures and any accompanying designs remains with Shangrila Woodworks.

- Any reproduction, distribution, or use of the sculptures or designs without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
