This vase is carved from Purple Heart Juniper. First the chainsaw roughs out the vase shape, then grinders finish up the design. The large voids are filled with various sizes, shapes and colors of Dichroic Glass, while the smaller cracks are filled with Turquoise. It stands on a black acrylic base.
