This beautiful vase is carved from Purple Heart Juniper. First started with a chainsaw to rough out the vase, then grinders to finish up the carving. The large voids were filled with Dichroic Glass of various sizes, shapes and colors. Other cracks were filled with Turquoise. It stands on a stone base.
